Second, a full REST API with read and write access to all platform data, suitable for custom integrations and internal tools. Third, real-time webhooks that push events to any endpoint the moment they happen - new booking, payment completed, membership renewed, capacity threshold reached. Most venues use a combination of native connectors for standard tools and webhooks for real-time operational triggers.
Check the integration catalogue - it lists every supported tool by category: access control, accounting, CRM, BI, email marketing, and ERP. If your tool is there, a native connector already exists and can be configured from your back office. If it's not, you can use the REST API or ask the Smeetz team about a custom connector.
For native connectors, no. They're configured directly from your back office with no code required - select the tool, authenticate the connection, map the data fields. For custom integrations or webhook configurations, some technical knowledge helps, but the Smeetz team supports setup for clients who don't have in-house development resources.
Smeetz connects to turnstiles, RFID gates, and QR scanners. When a guest books, their ticket is linked directly to the booking record. On the day, the access control system validates the ticket in real time against that record. If your system isn't in the catalogue, contact the Smeetz team.
Yes. The REST API gives full read and write access to all Smeetz data, with comprehensive documentation. Visitor data flows into your CRM automatically after every purchase - contact records, deal updates, and visit history all sync without manual exports. If you use a different CRM, check the catalogue or ask about a custom connector.
