The Fort Boyard Aventures brand
Fort Boyard Aventures is an indoor action game based on the legendary French TV show Fort Boyard. Teams of 2-5 players compete to complete physical and mental challenges in order to win keys and clues. The goal is to collect as many keys as possible and unlock the treasure room to win a large sum of Boyards (Fort Boyard’s very own currency).
Fort Boyard Aventures replicated the famous TV show and has managed to build an exciting and challenging activity for all ages ! Guests enjoy with friends and family an interactive experience where they team up to reach the highest score possible! Who’ll unlock the Boyards jackpot?

At the heart of our mission lies the challenge of crafting a seamless customer journey while upholding a resilient infrastructure backbone, particularly in the context of Fort Boyard Aventures. The journey starts with the commitment to delivering a frictionless customer check-in process.
When embarking on an exciting game activity at Fort Boyard Aventures, where multiple teams come together, our system takes center stage. It effortlessly generates, assigns, and checks in each team within every reservation. While the end-customer sees a simple and straightforward purchase flow, in the backstage, we are creating the required number of teams that depends on the number of players. Then, players are automatically split between the different teams. Finally, this will allow players to complete their check-in on-site by naming their teams.
Our integrated system not only allows customers to purchase their tickets online but also automates team generation, check-in, and team naming at the Point of Sale (POS) or Kiosk.
Team Challenges & RFID Technology
Now, with teams formed and eager to embark on their quests, it's time to immerse in the epic Fort Boyard theme and partake in intense battles. The players will take on different challenges across the venue. These challenges are all about trying to get the highest score possible, and our system rises to the occasion, expertly pairing teams with RFID cards so they can track their points. At the end of the game, the team’s scores are sent to Smeetz via API, thus syhncronizing with each team profile.
An integration with the H2C Game Management Software ensures a seamless check-in experience at the POS and Kiosk on-site.
To fully realize Fort Boyard Aventures' vision of authenticity, we go the extra mile. At the end of the activity, customers have the opportunity to capture their memories with an exceptional Fort Boyard branded team photo, which they receive via email after the activity. From a technological standpoint, this juncture provided the perfect opportunity to leverage booking information, seamlessly integrated with Dynamic View’s photo booth. At the end of the game, the team scores are sent to Dynamic View so they can be displayed on the photo, that is then sent out to customers with Smeetz’s Email Automation feature.

Within Smeetz, custom design and branding of these documents has been put in place, ensuring that the sense of adventure resonates not only during the visit but also in all communications with participants and guests.
